Mississippi School Boards Association (MSBA) is a professional, nonprofit organization with a mission to ensure quality school board performance through advocacy, leadership training, technical assistance, and information dissemination. Originally incorporated in 1952, the Mississippi School Boards Association (MSBA) has actively served the state’s public school boards of education since 1971. MSBA represents all publicly elected and appointed district boards of education. There are approximately 700 school board members in the State of Mississippi and the Association.
