To provide strategic leadership and oversight for personnel services, school operations, and student support systems by recruiting, developing, and retaining highly effective employees; supporting school leadership; ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies; and advancing the district's mission, vision, strategic plan, and goals for student success.
